Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Team Lead to manage and
inspire their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a remote team of Customer Support
Representatives
Handle escalated support issues and provide strategic solutions
Monitor team performance and conduct training sessions on best
practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer support within a SaaS
company
Strong understanding of software applications and ability to learn
complex systems
Experience in managing team schedules for optimal support
coverage
Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an
asset
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing
platforms is a plus
