GroupM.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GroupM's leading media agencies to develop and
execute innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing and securing
top talent across diverse channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and
candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, thriving
in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Play an active role in advancing Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion within our hiring practices, contributing to a more
representative and inclusive workforce.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business
leaders, providing consultative guidance on industry trends and
best practices.
- Develop deep industry knowledge and expertise within your
assigned functional areas, staying ahead of media industry
developments through continuous learning and market research.
- Contribute to our high-performing, collaborative team
environment, where feedback is valued, and successes - big and
small - are celebrated.Requirements:
- Prior experience in Recruitment, Recruiting Operations, or an
HR-related role.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top
talent in the media industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability
to understand GroupM's business goals and develop recruitment and
talent strategies that support them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, business
leaders, and other members of the organization.
- Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and
technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Life at

base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range
from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on
