Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Healthy Sandwich Craftsman to join
our team at Sandwell, a modern healthyish sandwich shop based in
the UWS of Manhattan. Our mission is to provide healthyish toasted
sandwiches of the highest quality that are soulfully satisfying,
easy to order, and quickly prepared.
As a Healthy Sandwich Craftsman, you will be the liaison providing
both exceptional customer experience and delicious sandwiches,
salads, and sides to our guests. You will greet and direct our
guests, help them place their order, and make our delicious
healthyish toasted sandwiches to order.
You will follow best practices of safety procedures and sanitary
requirements at all times, assist with preparing catering orders,
and learn and maintain menu knowledge to assist our guests in menu
selection. Additionally, you will be physically able to lift up to
50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Maintaining a clean and organized environment is crucial in our
shop, so you will be responsible for maintaining guest and kitchen
areas by clearing tables, mopping and sweeping floors, sanitizing
countertops, etc.

Estimated Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000 -
$55,000, depending on experience.
