Our goal is to craft an experience where guests don't just dine; they immerse themselves in a symphony of flavors and atmosphere.Job Title: Counter StaffJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Counter Staff member to join our dynamic team at Realmuto Penn Station. As a Counter Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages and gelato, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the caf--.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, teas, and juices.
• Scoop and serve gelato according to our company standards, adhering to temperature guidelines.
• Assist with bakery and juice counter handling as needed.
• Operate the cash register and take orders using the Toast POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf--, ensuring products are well-stocked and areas are properly sanitized.
• Open and close the caf--, including setting up food displays and conducting inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Share your knowledge of our baked goods, beverages, and gelato with customers to enhance their experience.Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a barista or gelato counter role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 25 pounds as needed.
  • Adherence to all safety guidelines and food handling procedures.What We Offer:
