Immediate need for a Customer Service/ Account Manager who is seeking growth opportunities, the ability to cross train in other departments and work in a organization with a great company culture. Knowledge of the trade sale process, proficiency in ms office suite and experience with working with SAP and CRM systems will be the keys to success in this well-known organization. Will be responsible for utilizing SAP, BPC & TPM to create and maintain invoices, entering and managing promotions and other administrative and customer service tasks for Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing company. Requirements:


Proficiency with Excel ( knowledge of formula's lookup's pivot table, etc.)


MS Office Suite


SAP a Plus


CRM


Financial and Trade Sale Knowledge a Plus
