Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Program Analyst to support
the analysis and evaluation of various programs and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness by
reviewing data and identifying trends
Work closely with Program and Senior Program Analysts to develop
strategies and monitor progress
Report on program performance and deliverables to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with 0-3 years of experience or 4 to 7
years of experience without a degree
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology,
business administration, or a related field
Knowledge of analytical skills to review data and develop
insights
Basic understanding of project management skills
Basic knowledge of computer programming languages and data analysis
software, including Power BI
