Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide
technical assistance for hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software systems for
local and remote staff
Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and AV equipment
Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
Required Qualifications
Intermediate-level experience in IT support
Knowledgeable in Mac and Windows environments
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Understanding of network concepts
Prior experience supporting Okta and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
is a plus
