Eastern Alloys, Inc., a major producer of zinc alloys since 1965 is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Maybrook, NY.Candidate must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be flexible and adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service, support and responsiveness. This person will assist the Company's Leadership and Traders while creating, processing and tracking supplier and customer contracts, orders, inventory, receipts and shipments.Responsibilities Include:Creating purchase and sales contractsPosting sales ordersPrepare settlements.InvoicingPrepare all necessary documents for overseas shipments, including BOL, ST, wood/ non-wood and insurance certificates.Tracking containersCross train with our Sales DepartmentPerform other various tasks as assigned.Minimum Education and Skills Requirements:Four-year college degree, business or supply chain field a plusLogistics experience minimum five yearsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam player with a strong customer service focusHighest attention to detail and accuracyData entryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookSound judgement, tact and discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.PI436223cca0d0-25660-34529904
