Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their
CIO Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the installation of network equipment and oversee IT
services delivery
Plan, develop, and implement IT projects while ensuring adherence
to ITIL v3 best practices
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support project closeout
activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of IT Support
experience
Experience leading IT network or infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
US Citizenship is required and must be able to obtain security
clearance
Preferred certifications include A+, Network+, or Security+
