Job Description:
A company is looking for an OnBase Business Support Analyst to
handle support issues related to workflow and document
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with operation teams to strategize and support new products
and services within OnBase
Act as the primary communication conduit for development activity
and facilitate requirement-gathering activities
Analyze, design, and prepare system specifications to address
business needs and ensure best practices are followed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years working as a subject matter expert within OnBase or a
similar tool
1+ years of experience presenting technical solutions to business
stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
