Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consulting Employee focused on
Special Operations Command Preservation of the Force and Family
(POTFF) and Human Performance Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor on the POTFF program and its
operational challenges
Collaborate with the capture team to develop strategies and support
proposal development
Identify risks and provide insights for additional opportunities
within the Performance and Readiness domain
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in a Human Performance space
Previous experience as a Director or senior leader within the POTFF
program
Extensive knowledge of SOF community requirements related to family
support and well-being
Proven experience with DoD contracts and procurement processes
Strong network within the POTFF, SOF, and military health systems
communities
