Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statistical Analyst to support the
Psychometrician team in performing psychometric analysis and
technical reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and develop code for data analysis projects
Apply statistical formulas and ensure data quality for psychometric
analysis
Assist with quality control of data analysis results and
communicate findings to the project psychometrician
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
1+ years of statistical analysis experience
Proficiency in R; experience with R Markdown is a plus
Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in software
applications for test data analysis
