Job Title : Business Analyst

Job Location : Morristown New Jersey -3 days Onsite and 2 days
remote
Product Owner / Business Analyst, SME in interest rate derivative
and fixed income products.
Project management methodologies and tools (Own Backlog Management,
UAT testing, and detailed MS Project plan. Proficient in Agile and
Waterfall, JIRA, Confluence)
Strong capabilities in Identifying and documenting business
requirements (BRD).
Experience in new system implementations. Front-to-back system
integration experience a plus.
Deliver training, support, and procedures to end users on new
system and business process.
Lead weekly stakeholder meetings, provide project status updates,
and chair working groups.
PMP or Six Sigma certifications desirable but not required.
