Job Description:
A company is looking for a Records Retrieval Agent 3 to request
and obtain medical records from healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Contact provider offices to request medical records, focusing on
complex cases
Coordinate record retrieval methods with provider offices and
troubleshoot requests as needed
Provide timely updates on record retrieval status to clients and
maintain professional communication
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated mastery of the record retrieval process in a prior
role
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Experience with workflow and proprietary systems
