Responsibilities:As a Permanent In-Home Sales Representative, your
responsibilities will include:1. Conducting in-home sales
presentations to potential clients, effectively demonstrating our
construction services' value and benefits.2. Building and
maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch
service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.3. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by
closing sales effectively and efficiently.4. Utilizing strong
communication and interpersonal skills to address client questions
and concerns, providing clear and concise information.5. Leveraging
your knowledge of the construction industry to recommend
appropriate services to clients based on their specific needs.6.
Managing your sales pipeline and client information effectively
through our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and
up-to-date.7. Collaborating with the wider sales and construction
teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact
through to project completion.Qualifications:The ideal candidate
for the Permanent In-Home Sales Representative role will possess
the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in
a sales role, preferably within the construction industry.2. Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.3. Strong
knowledge of the construction industry, including the latest trends
and technologies.4. Exceptional presentation and closing skills,
with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to build strong relationships with clients.6. High level of
organization, with the ability to manage multiple clients and
projects simultaneously.7. Self-motivated and driven, with a strong
desire to succeed and grow within the company.8. Ability to travel
